Ramb...Can I replace the center seat in my FX4 Scab with the flowthru center console? I don't want to utilize the floor shifter part, it's just that I am looking for something more comfortable than the armrest/seat configuration that I have now. I have a permanent cup holder ring on my right elbow (lol), it's just not long enough for me to use comfortably. It looks like the center seat is an individual component that can be removed without removing the seats.

What do you think?

 

should work. seems the xlt and fx4 instrument panels are the same, so the console should mate up to it.

you would need to think of something for the shifter space though.

I'll try to look into it a little.

a service part for the center console might be quite expensive. could have a junk yard do a search for any wrecked trucks........
