Im Screwed and Now I am Lifted
What happens in Vegas, STAYS in Vegas! Don't ever doubt the power of advertising!
Truck looks great! I would love to do the same, except I have the same concern as Rich, HAIL. It does hail in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Parking the truck outside is not an option.
I'm also concerned that the 3.73's I ordered would need to be replaced by 4.10's to compensate for the larger tires.
Rancho's 3 inch lift is due out soon, perhaps a good compromise.

Congrats to ya Vegas! A lifted Blazing Yellow is too cool for words!!
Hey Zach, don't jump in to a Rancho 3" lift, untill you get a chance to check out the Donahoe Racing (Edge) 3" adjustable lift that should be coming to market anytime now.

FoMoCoFoMe.... Thanks for the heads up and the hyperlink. Donahue is building a new site and I did subscribe to be notified when it's up and running. They don't have any '04 F150 info posted on their old site just yet, perhaps soon.
Do you know any of the technical details of their adjustable kit?
Regards!

"For those of you with 2004 model Ford F-150's, brace yourselves for Donahoe Racing's most technologically advanced front coil-over suspension system for the 2004 Ford F-150 4WD. Many months of engineering research on the proper shock valving, spring rates and shock lengths have allowed for the development of a coil-over system that is unbeatable in ride quality. The system features a 2.5" diameter, nickel-plated, nitrogen charged, race-style front shock, billet aluminum upper mounting bracket, and a silicon chrome-vanadium spring. The coil-over shock is adjustable to allow ride heights ranging from 0-3" for increased performance and clearance of larger tires than stock. Call for more details/pre-orders being taken."
Wowzers!
Needless to say I am interested and will be phoning them this week. Pricing, date of availability and difficulty of installation are the three questions I have for them.
FoMoCoFoMe, once again your wealth of knowledge proves an asset to the Forum.

Sweeeeetttt!!! Looks real nice. I don't see many lifted trucks that turn my head like yours does. Beautiful in all the details. I agree, it needs a dual exhaust with chrome tips. Then it would seal the deal.
