Reverse Problems
I have had my truck less than a week, but it seems like I am having trouble putting it in reverse. The "R" is highlighted and seemingly locked in, but it acts like it is still in Nuetral. Also, the reverse lights do not seem to be working. Anyone else seeing this problem?

We had a similar problem with my wifes '99 Expedition when it was new. The dealer had to adjust the shift mechanism. It was an easy fix. Perhaps your is a similar problem...
Anyhow, the best thing to do is to register the issue with the dealer and have them take a look.
