smcFX4,

You've been busy!

I definately like the Silverstar turn signal bulbs. I did that, too and think its an inexpensive change that makes the front a sharper looking.

I'm not too big on the headlight covers. Just my opinion, but I think the stock lights look better without that cover.

I don't know anything about the HalBright lights. Are they an accessory light that can be controlled by a switch, or do they come on as an auxillary backup light automatically when in reverse?

Thanks,

You've been busy!
J&D
Yes I Have!
Today started with getting up early to watch the emplosion of the philadephia veteran stadium ,

"After that" I decided to wax the truck for the first time. I did the Maguire 3 step wax system and that went verry well. It needed it bad! I had to wash my wifes Explorer too so she would leave me alone
about two weeks ago I mounted the reverse lights but they needed to be finished . So I did that when I was done waxing
"Yes" they do they come on as an auxillary backup light automatically when in reverse. Thay are verry bright. I have a verry dark long driveway and it helps alot .

"so" I had to take a ride in my freshly waxed truck. and went to pepboys to get those silverstar bulbs that I've seen in your gallary and while I was there getting help finding the bulbs the parts guy was checking out my truck told me about the covers so I said I would give them a try . and he said to tool around with them and if I didn't like them to bring them back . so I took Him up on that offer.
At first I said ummm it kinda goes with the fx4 grill and I think it's growing on me. but I'll see how I like it tomorow.

Thanks for your input.

You really were busy smc,

I watched the implosion of the Vet on television with my kids this morning. That was neat.

You're doing some good things with your truck. Keep it up and keep us posted.

John

Not a fan of the covers personally. I like the Ford headlights. Maybe if they had them to match your color or if they were on a black F150
