Is this the clearcoat?

I noticed this about 2 weeks ago or so and finally got a camera to take a picture of it.

Do you guys think this is the clearcoat? It appears on both sides almost like they didn't spray it on all the way. It's real smooth and not chipped or anything so i know that i didn't tap anything to cause it. Any opinions are welcome.

I have the same color. I believe you are talking about the area between the top of the bumper and the fender meet. If so that is the way the bumper is made.

Yes that's exactly where i'm talking about. I apologize for not being specific I should have circled it. So there is meant for there to be what appears to be a clearcoat and it doesn't wrap all the way up to the top of the bumper?

It appears, upon an inspection of my vehicle when washing it moments ago, that you are refering to the clear decal-like covering applied over the painted facia areas. I'm sure it's part of the manufacturing process and is applied to protect the plastic painted surfaces, similar to several commercial aftermarket appliques that have been mentioned here on other threads. Usually the term 'clearcoat' applies to the clear finish sprayed over most modern vehicle paints as a finish coat.

that is just a part of how the plastic was molded. Thats just a crease in plastic.

Sounds great everyone I just wanted to make sure there wasn't a problem with the paint/clearcoat or anything.
