Throttle by wire noise

Ok guys
This may be a new one
I have noticed that there has been a 'ticking' noise inside the cab when the radio is off so I can admire the sound of my Aero Turbine exhaust
This 'ticking' sound I thought was some relays in the aftermarket alarm system
Now I am convinced that as you move the gas pedal the tby is producing noise as if the more you depress, another sensor or relay is brought into play
It is very obvious if you move along very slowly and depress the pedal slightly enough to change the revs
What do you guys think?

Hey sorry no clue about the ticking nosie..... but I really wanted to know how you like your Areo Turbine. I just bought the 3" exhaust and have not installed it yet. Is it that much louder? Do you feel a Hp increase? Just wanted your opinoin.

Truck's too new to expect any change in performance
However, the exhaust sounds great, not too loud, not noticeable at highway speeds but gets your attention (and others) under acceleration
Enjoy!

Yup, the throttle by wire has a switch on it. On my Diesel, it is called the Idle Validation Switch. Not sure if they call it the same thing on these.

Tick....tick.....tick.....tick.....

Question....does the ticking sound occur like every 10 seconds? Is your air conditioner on? If it is .... turn it off...see if the ticking sound goes away....if it goes away...its the compressor on your ac....that's normal....if it's still there...take it back to the dealership....Let me know how that goes....
