I see a lot of people talking about not wanting to lift there front because off added wear on cv joint and boot!
I don't understand this as our trucks are not stone age trucks.We are in the 21 century!
Our trucks have vac. locking hubs.What this means is our hubs only turn when in 4x4, which is not that often.
Do this small test, lift one front tire, turn the wheel, the cv shaft turns with the wheel. Now start yuor truck and do the same thing, the cv shaft doesn't move!!!
If it doesn't move it doesn't wear!!
