Unhappy First service

Well I took finally took it in for the first service. Oil change, tire rotation and outside temp reflash. Oh yea I also shot my wad on a front window that cracked 3ft due to a chip no bigger than the head of a pin. Got nowhere on the window(kind of knew that, just wanted to get it off my chest) I told the service writer "If this window breaks this easy I will wait for aftermarket glass to come out before I pay to put in Carlite, crap. Here in lousyiana I would but 3 to 4 windshields in a year if they crack that easy. Anyway when I get the call later that day I am told they have to install a knew instrument cluster and it won't be in for 3 or 4 days. I could pick up the truck and bring it back then. When I got home I noticed, as posted in other threads, my wheels were scrathed and my center caps bent where they pryed them off. On further inspection I noticed some residue on my rear left side dust cover.
Yep, you guest it 90w. I now have a rear seal leaking. I know the tire guy didn't do it but he sure should have seen it. So when they install my gauge cluster I guess a wheel seal will also be on the agenda. Possible four new wheels.. Unbelieveable.....Now I know why I always do my own mechanic work. Can't wait for the warranty to run out so I won't be temepted again..lol Sorry for the rant.....

I feel your pain...I am about to head in for my first service job (3500 miles) and I am very nervous about my dealership!! I had problems with them from the get go...so we will see what happens...I know for damn sure that I am going to tell them to be careful of the wheels in the first place though!! I am going over that truck with a fine tooth comb when I pick it back up!!
