when you post a new thread or a reply, just click on one of the "smiles" to the left of the space where you type. Do you see them?

when you write a post look to the left .. right under "your reply" it should say smilies with 27 little pics under it. just put the curser where you want the face and double click the one you want it should show up on your post

This is what shows up. The only little faces I see are the ones ABOVE in the Message Icon. There are only 14 of them.

Down below where it says "Attach file:", and even below the "Submit Reply" and "Preview Reply" buttons, you should see the "forum rules". Are your smiles on or off?

I clicked on the "smiles" in "Smiles are ON" and they showed me all of the icons and there meanings. Do I have to type in the words every time? ie.,

ie.:"banana"::"banana"::"banana": (understand that i know the quotes don't belong but that is the only way I can explain. I have to type in the words everytime. I don't see the icons though.

These are the ones you should be able to see.

https://www.f150online.com/forums/mi...on=showsmilies

They are not laid out like this, it's just the icons themselves.

You may want to post a new thread here:

https://www.f150online.com/forums/fo...?s=&forumid=31

Someone with more computer skills than me may be able to help out.

You can 'manually' type it in, but you should be able to click on it once and it will post it in your thread. If I double click on it, it posts it twice. I found out last night that there is a maximum about of 'smiles' you can put into a thread before it cuts you off. I don't know what that magic number is. It's more than three!

I hope you get it worked out.
