msrp will (probably) increase, and IMO hopefully ford will offer satellite radio and side air bags (traffic is ruff in Houston!). I did hear a rumor from a good (acknowledged ford information) source that ford would breathe on the 4.6 V8 and probably go to a 3 valve/cylinder setup in 05.

I heard they are going to scrap plans for King Ranch beacuse they think it is a terrible use of resources...

Hehehe. Just kidding RockPick. I couldn't resist raising your heart rate if only for a moment.

All I know for sure is a 5speed auto in place of the current 4speed. (basically the same trans with an added clutch pack).

Yeah, it was definately in the strike zone... he took it deep. LOL!

Seriously though... any other word on 'new stuff' with the 05 vs. 04...? The KR is a very serious consideration in my mind.

Hmmm,.....that fifth gear would be nice(MPG), think a 4-spd could be retro-fitted?

5 Speed

Normally-the 5th gear would not be diffferent than your current 4th gear. The additional gear is between your current 1st and 2nd gear, kind of an overdrive 1st gear. It does make the shift from 1st to 2nd a smoother shift and it probably does improve gas mileage. I have a Lincoln LS with the 5 speed auto and select shift and the 5 speed auto will be a great addition to the 150. Be great if it also has the select shift..
