I Just ordered my A.R.E. Cap yesterday. But, I forgot to order the remote keyless entry. Is this something the others here who have the A.R.E cap usually order? Does it work with the Ford keyless entry or is it a separate key fob?

I have the A R E LSII on a lariat.
The keyless entry works with the factory remotes.
It can be ordered and installed by your dealer.
My install cost $30.00 labor plus the part.
I would not be without it.You may want to check into an auto tail gate lock also.

I forgot to order mine initially also. I ordered the LSII on a Saturday from a local dealer and then on Wednesday called and faxed him the coupon from the A.R.E. website.

When it came in, they were able to get the keyless entry on it. I didn't have them install it. When you order it, part of it comes already connected to the cover. They gave me the rest of the wiring in a box. I just have to run it up to the cab and connect it to the door lock wire. Just haven't had a chance yet.

I was aware that the LSII came with the keyless coupon.
I ordered a Z-Series top. There was a coupon for that too, free fold down front window, clothes hanger, and 12v light.
I also found out the inside liner is now standard.
A.R.E. makes a nice product. Thanks for the replies.
