King Ranch Conversion Anyone?

Here's the first step if you're looking to transform your 2004 Lariat to the KR package...

Interesting to see that they're already manufacturing the interiors when the trucks aren't even being built as of yet...

I see myself in one of these here in about 6 months... LOL!

It'll be interesting to see what they sell for at the end of the auction.

It's just missing the center console.... that shouldn't be hard to find in a few months...

Notice the Eagle ottawa leather boxes in the right corner of one of the pics? They are also a X-plan patner. Their site say they do work for ford. Just happened to notice. Wondering if these seats are recovered lariat seats using a package from eagle ottawa.

Just a thought.

Total nine boxes showing in pic. here is a wild hypothesis, since I am bored. One for driver front seat bottom, passenger front seat bottom, driver front top, passenger front top, passenger rear bottom, driver rear bottom, rear seat back, front headrests, rear headrests. That would be nine boxes.

Just bored that is all.

Nevermind, the plastic arms around the seat control are a unique color brown. Don't think any other trucks have that color. Noticed one of these arms is slightly scuffed, no big deal. The only reason I put this much thought into this is, one I am bored, and two if these parts are ready then why not release the truck, or at least take orders for it? And how did the bird lady get these seats, when I am still waiting for ford to release the DVD harness? I called ford directly yesterday to ask about the harness. The girl put me on hold for five minutes, then said eventhough they could be ordered from the factory, we can't buy them from the dealer. I already knew that I justed wanted a time frame. She wouldn't give me one, but a few sentences later she used the word soon.

Just my .02

Interesting observation there Adam...

Unless something has changed, LEAR was making the interior for the 04... all of them. That might have changed though... not sure.

Also, I know this guy deals in all kinds of interior seats. I'm still not sure who he gets them from but I plan on trying to get by his place to see the inventory as he resides and has his business in my old home town.

Go King Ranch? ...why?

Lets talk colors. I see beige, silver, green gauges and red needles, woodgrain, black, cream, blue oval, and - oak colored leather?? ! {go cross-eyed}

Yuk.

And I kinda like the couch! (reminds me of Sheree back in '74, uh, ...nevermind!! )

[ Uh, Sheree, if you're out there, e- me!] hehehe

Is it possible the seats are for a 2004 Heritage model and not the new body style?

They are DEFINATELY the new style seats and DEFINATELY King Ranch seats.

Oak colored leather? Pfft. It's all in the eyes of the beholder.

They are more than likely screw seats. The lariat screw is the only truck so far that has a rear fold down armrest.
