VIN Check Please...

1FTPW14514KC53315

Can someone please check this VIN for me? A couple of weeks ago, I had a build date of 1 March, but now it says 15 March. What gives? Also, the VOPC is only current as of 11 February. That's 2 weeks old!! And somehow, my build date slipped 2 weeks. If anyone can find out, it would be greeatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

The vopc only updates when there is a status change with your vehicle.

It changed again! Is there a delay?

IZINBLOOM,
THanks for the reply.

I just called VOPC again today and now it say my truck will be built week of March 22nd! Yesterday it said week of March 15th. What gives? It still only says that the info is current as of Feb 11th. So now my build date has slipped 3 weeks. Is there some kind of delay at the factory? I'm getting a 2004 Lariat Supercrew with just about everything...

Your truck has the dvd entertainment system, right?

That is the reason for the delay. Mine was delayed again another 3 weeks

I am told that there will probably be another delay because of some problem with the system......I don't know if it is a supply/demand thing, or a defect in the product, or what ever else it could be. Ford won't say.

Gotta love it when they makes excuses and nobody can tell you why the delays are happening.

Yeah, I got the DVD player. I don't know how much longer can stand to wait for my truck!!! I'm truly addicted. Everytime I see one on the road, my heart starts to race. I'm ready to give up my Honda Accord with 180K miles on it for a brand new truck with 0 miles. I can only imagine how much better it's going to be now. Last test drive of the 04 was about 5 months ago....

I shedding a Mazda Protege with 178k. I hate to give up the 37 mpg that I'm getting, but I can't wait to slide into that Lariat for about 1300 miles / week!
