The voice activated VOPC says that you can also inquire about vehicles status online at: ????

I have not been able to understand the rest or figure out a web address. Neither have I found a reference on the boards. Any one know where to find this info?

 

Concepts is a program used by Ford Dealerships to get information on orders.........only Ford employees have access to this system.

The VOPC is really only supposed to be used by Ford salespeople, but everyone has found the # and is using it.

 

Thanks! I have a GREAT dealer but I hate bugging him (more that once or twice a day!). I wish ford had an efficient way to track the order online.
