Anybody else go to Big Bear this week? Nothing compared to what you east coasters are used to, but for Socal, it was a pretty big storm. The truck was awesome. Sailed right through the CHP checkpoint without having to put chains on (cya SUV's). Good thing, the chains Pep Boys sold me didn't fit anyway. The cop did tell me to take the tint off my windows though....Sure officer, just as soon as I get back home.....

Anyway, my truck performed flawlessly. Spent a lot of time in 4wd driving down the backroads. I was thrilled with everything about it. Especially with how my truck sped up to 8000 feet with no probs after having the tranny swapped out a couple weeks ago. I got great gas mileage which is nice considering that 87 octane is $2.19 in my hometown now

Two days of near perfect boarding conditions and basically no crowds was pretty sweet too
