Building of a Vehicle (truck)

For anyone who works, has worked in the vehicle plants or someone who just knows, I am just wondering how long it takes to build a vehicle from start to finish?

I am just wondering. It seems that it doen't take to long but as an uniformed person, I would like to know..

And on another note, thanks for all the hard work of any of you that do work on the lines.

Mike

And I might add that it's one hell of a sight to see. I toured Michigan Truck in Wayne, MI and all I can say is AMAZING.

In October 2003, Norfolk reported 37 hours to build an '04 with hopes of eventually reducing that time to 28-34 hours.
