Cool First post!

I recently purchased a 2004 F150 SCAB and have been reading this forum for about a month now. I find it really useful and resourceful and would like to say hello to everyone.

I have a couple of questions:

1) When a few members have mentioned that their windshields are distorted, what exactly is that referring to?

2) I am looking for a soft tonneau cover and was wondering which manufacturer I should buy a cover from? (Sportsmaster, Lund, Truxedo, etc)

3) What can I do to get better gas mileage?

Thanks and looking forward to future posts.

Yo Packer19 nice to here from you !

1/ windshields are distorted, Dont have the slightest idea my windshield is fine..
2/I am looking for a soft tonneau cover, I am looking into the retrax cover because i don't like dealing with those buttons and I like having an open bed sometimes. and as for gas milage the cover on your bed will help. and i have read that a better air filter helps also (airforce one , airaid , K&N, Etc.) but im not sure about that.

Anyway good luck with your truck man. & show us your truck pic's

There are waves in the glass, imperfections, like the glass is thicker in some areas then others. I've had it replaced and the second one is about as bad as the first. Waiting for another one to arrive at the dealer for one more shot.
