SuperCabs - Built Where?

Just curious. I heard a few people on here mention SuperCrews are built in Kansas City. Is that ONLY KC for SCrews? I'm wondering about SuperCabs mainly. Built in more than one plant or only a designated plant?...Norfolk?
Thanks

I believe the Screws are only made in KC. My Scab came from Norfolk. Whether they are built elsewhere, I am not sure.

Norfolk builds conventional cabs and supercabs.
Kansas City builds conventional, supercabs and supercrews.

I wonder how much work DTP is going to take from KC and Norfolk.

I doubt if they take any work from them. The other plants cant keep up with demand right now. A lot of people ordering and a lot of people waiting for their trucks.
