new truck finally, and a linex question

OK...

First, my required dancing banana's for my truck that finally came last night...

It is truely worth the wait. I ordered 1.4.04, and it arrived 2.9.04.

OK, linex... I called several Linex places in the boston area, and keep getting different prices. Do the shops price match? I don't want to have to drive fo 70 miles to save the money, so I want to get the local guys to match that price... Local - $475. In Maine - $425.

Thx.

My truck:
2004 F140 Supercrew Lariat
Chestnut red monotone
heated seats
heated mirrors with turn signals
power rear slider
running boards - not the tube ones.
LSD.

Ask your salesman at the dealership who does theirs and call them. Line-X quoted me about the same that you are seeing until I mentioned my salesmans name and dealership. They knocked it down to $350 + tax.

Count your blessings it's only $425, I got screwed at the dealer and was charged $638. Even though it was taken to the line-x dealer around the corner from my house.

I haven't had it done yet but through the dealer it is $350 and directly with the same Line-X installer it's $375. That is in Lawrenceville, GA.
Also the Line-X web page sometimes lists a $20 off coupon you can print.

Dang dude!...ordered 1.4.04, and it arrived 2.9.04. That's awesome. I hope mine comes in that quick! I'll know tomorrow if I'm in luck. It should get serialized by tomorrow if it's going to be a quick turnaround. Crossing my fingers...

Line-X was $350 here. It takes most of the day...at least it did at this shop. I dropped it off at 8 and picked it up at 4.
