I noticed this with my truck (FX4 5.4L). In drive it accelerates just fine. In D2 or D1 it lacks power. Is this a common thing with the newly revised transmissions?
Man if I pull my truck down in first,it will fall on it's face,go back to drive and it will take off like a scauled monkey
I know what your talking about by putting it in 1st gear and mashing it...... I am not fully understanding the reason behind that though...... put it in first mash it and its slow then just push it up to drive and it takes off.
