? for JohnAndDar

John,
I order a bed mat with the F-150 logo just like yours. When I installed it I noticed it has some type of threads sticking out of the rubber. It seems the rubber must have some sort of thread inside it and it popped thru the rubber when they took it out of the mold. It looks like a factory reject. I was just wondering if yours had any defects. I'm taking it back this friday but I don't want the dealership to hand me the line that this is they way they are made. I would post pics but I don't have a digital.

TIA
Tom

Tom,

That's too bad. Is it in one spot or all over? Regardless, if it is noticeable, I would recommend you take it back to the dealer for replacement. If does sound like a defect. Mine has no noticeable issues.
