Unbelievable! I brought my 2004 screw in for a check engine light. I tried the battery disconnect and that lasted only about 200 miles. So I bring it in for the second day in a row(not enough time the first day to run through all the diagnostics) and they find nothing. They say it needs an update from Ford and that they are awsre of the probem. So I pick it up today and find scratches on the left front fender. Not too bad but they should not be there. But the worst was on the plastic bumper in front of the headlight. A 1/2" dig in the plastic like a screw thread was pushed onto it. Does anyone know of any way to get this out? I'm not sure I should complain or not. I don't want them to even go near it anymore.

 

I would complain.
