Lightbulb When posting a problem/concern, do this...

Dr. No touched on this a bit the other day concerning the ride quality problem some are experiencing.

When you post about a problem you are having, it would be helpful to have all the relevant info, like Trim Level, tire size, 5.4 or 4.6, power rear window or manual, etc. etc....

It would also be VERY helpful if you include the Build Date of your truck, please!

It's impossible to tell if the problem has been fixed at the factory unless we start to see a pattern, i.e. every truck that has the rear power window rattle was built before x/x/xx.

Then those of us who have yet to order can rest assured the problem has been corrected and we can feel confident ordering one of these trucks now, rather than waiting until the '05 model year. I admire all of you who purchased early (like I did in 1997) and hope to learn from your experiences with this beautiful vehicle and learn what I need to look out for. As I'm sure many others do who never post but just come to this site for valuable information.

Thank you!
