How to take off radio faceplate?

Anyone know how to take off the wood grain radio and A/C face plate on a lariat?

Somebody had a GREAT layout with a step by step instruction on how to do it. They added pictures and everything. We were talking about XM Radio. I can't find it right now, but will keep looking.
