I am looking for New Tires to put on my 2004 Lariat Supercab 4x4. My question is i have heard the rim width is 7.5" and the tires I was looking at were the BF Goodrich All Terain TA KO LT285/65 18, but the width is at least 8", can someone either tell me if I can still use those tires or of any other tire that is comparable to it but can fit my rims.

 

There are a few people that have upgraded to that size. I think you'll be ok. I've even seen a truck with that very size installed by a dealership. Click the link.
