What info do I need to check my truck on VOPC?

1 - Dealer code (a five digit numeric without the lead alpha code) example: for X00001 you only use the 00001
2 - Body Style Code (three digit alpha/numeric) example W22
3 - Order number (a four digit numeric)

All of this info should be on your DORA you received from the dealer when the truck was ordered. Hope this helps. Also speak slow, loud and clear if you talk to the computer. It actually is pretty good if you take it one step at a time.

Dora? I didnt get that when i ordered what is it? Cause i would like to call the number to track my truck also.

 

DORA - Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgment. You should have received this document as a receipt when you ordered your truck.

 

my dealer said they would not give me the dealer code. Because it opened up to many things I could get access to. doggone it
now I am upset kinda makes me wish I was a computer hacker!
