Any Regrets?

i was curious if anyone had any regrets about their new truck (not about buying it, your crazy if you regret buying it), but about certain options you feel you wasted money on, or regret not getting. or what about color.

Are you nuts? just kidding.
I have loved my new truck even before I ever saw it.
So far I haven't regretted buying it or any of the options I got on mine.
I have a dark shadow gray XLT scab flareside 4X4 5.4 3v
options include: power sliding rear window, power adjustable pedals, power heated mirrors w/turn signals, power drivers seat, reverse sensing unit, 6 CD radio, heavy duty tow pkg, 3.73 gears, limited slip rear end, fog lamps and the flint gray premium cloth int.

Hope this helps

Nope.

Just got back from an 800 mile trip and my '04 FX4 performed flawlessly.

I averaged 15.82 mpg with average speeds of 80-85.

I am really glad I sprung for the bucket seats with the lumbar - my back, legs and butt don't hurt after the trip.

The Audiophile was a joy on the long trip.

It hasn't burned a drop of oil.

I've got 2200 miles on it now, and the motor is noticeably stronger than when new.

I'm happy.

I tried to add the reverse sensing system, but could not because I was too late. My truck had a vin number already and could not be changed. Oh well there is always aftermarket systems.

I regret not getting the moon roof. I'm not all that excited about the rail options....

So far , so good, I am really impressed with the truck's ride.
I also would like to have the moon roof instead of the overhead track sytem, but nonetheless, I am thoroughly happy.

I wish mine didn't have the power sliding rear window. That thing rattles so much, it is ridiculous. But I've noticed that I can't really hear it if I keep the Audiophile turned up pretty good.

I wish it came with a manual floor shift.

It would be cheaper to hire a midget to ride the back bumper.

"What are you trying to do! Kill Me?"
"Where did you get your license, a Cracker Jack Box?"
"Hey, I'm hungry!"
"Look Out!"
"I gotta pee!"

I regret not working hard enough in college and getting better grades so I could get a better high-dollar job so I could buy a house with a bigger garage so I could park my truck in it without having to fold in the side mirrors.

Other than that... I have no regrets.

Let that be a lesson to those in college.
Do you want to study hard or do you want to fold mirrors the rest of your life?
