Access cover installed

I've added some pics to my gallery of the Lariat with Access installed. So far I like it. After three months of going back and forth on the soft vs hard thing, I'm glad I went soft. I already had to haul a load higher than the rails, and would have had to pull the cover. This is my third truck with a soft cover, and I really like the way the Access eliminates the "covered wagon" look.

Glad you like it. I had an Access cover on my '01 XLT SCrew, but the latch to release the rear rail was very hard to operate. Maybe the cover was out of adjustment, causing un-do stress on the latch, making it hard to release. I dunno. I have a Truxedo cover on my '04 FX4 SCrew, and I like it better. Latch is easier to use and it seems to have better seals to keep out the weather than my Access did.
