Help

Just need some help if possible---cant get VIN from dealer, dont know why, --but have order number and dealer code to get info by phone---anyways, was built on Dec 9th,, said last week shipped on rail on Dec 23---today says that truck is arrived at the ramp as of Dec 28----I assume that this means is on truck for delivery---

1. where is ramp at?
2. does anyone have any info on how long this will be, end of the week or next week?
3. are the trucks even running the next couple of days?

any info greatly appreciated,, waiting for 12 weeks,,, thought being built three weeks ago I would be getting mods by now

thanks for any help

The term "at the ramp" usually means that the vehicle has been off loaded from a rail car and is sitting at the rail head closest to its final destination and is waiting for the transport truck to load it up and deliver it to your dealer.

I'd guess you are within a couple of hundred miles or less from a rail head. A vehicle may sit anywhere from a day to a week or more. Depends on if there is enough vehicles to make a full truck load.
