How do you remove ashtray?
I give up. Can someone tell me how to remove the ashtray (whole thing not just pop in part) on the 04.

I think you are referring to the "drop in" ashtray liner.

I want to remove the whole assembly to do some mods for wiring and not just the drop in liner.

remove the radio dash panel by snapping it out. then there is 2 bolts on the top of the ashtray panel. remove them and it lifts right out. its a 3-4 min job to remove the ashtray completely
