Hi, I did a VIN check recently, and it showed the truck shipped from Ford on 12/10. But, it's now the 19th, and it's still not here. I know the dealer pretty well, and talk to them each day.

How long should it take? I live in Illinois.

Let me correct myself. It showed a ship date of 12/5, and an arrival date of 12/10.

Did they lose my truck?

 

yeah this is very odd.....
I'm not sure if that "Arrival Date" is an actual scan of the vehicle upon arrival or what. But according to the Ford Logistics department your truck is at the dealer.....Very weird. Hope they find it soon.
