It's too late for me to do it since I got my plates 2 weeks ago but is anyone going to try to put `Motor Trend Truck of the Year 2004' on their license plate? Obviously you'll need to shorten it. Maybe have it read `MTTOY04'

Great job Ford!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HOORAY

I have to admit I was the first one saying MTTOY was BS when I was sure it was going to be the Titan (based on the giant Titan pop up ads on their website). Now I'm thinking maybe they did get it right........Congrats on buying the best truck all.

I kinda figured that Ford would receive the award. I'm very proud to own one of these trucks. Did anyone else notice when they opened the posting for Motor Trend site to review the article, when I went to page two of the article: a Nissan truck dropped a giant turd on top of the F150 on the picture in the form of the Nissan frame. I WAS VERY SURPRIZED at Motor Trend for allowing that to happen. I wonder how much they were paid for that stunt. I lost a little more respect for them, they need to be unbiased and that I beleive showed severe bias...

Magazine ratings and articles mean nothing

1. The only test NEW models not all the trucks on the market

2. Reliability which should be the number one consideration is not known at this point

3. If you want to buy a new truck test drive ALL the manufacturers available and make your own evaluation rather than some subjective opinion from somebody else

4. As far as reliability check the various web sites and wait at least a year for reports from actual owners

...maybe in your mind, but not in everyones. We all know that Harley Davidson oweners have deep emotional relationships with their bikes, and "Reliability" isn't even in Harley vocabulary.

I didn't buy my '04 because it was reliable, I bought it because it ROCKS!!!!!!
