What would you do?

OK here is the deal ...

My '01 Eddie Bauer 4x4 Expy lease is up in May....

Ford will eat up to 7 remaining payments if I buy/lease another Ford, so I could get into a new truck sooner, yadda ..yadda yadda ..

I am not sure what incentives remain or will remain after the 1st of the year on the '04's ...

Dealer lots here in Ft. Lauderdale do not have the exact truck I am most interested in (4x4 CC Lariat w/every option ... none have sunroofs on the lots), but they do have the following '03 leftovers ...

'03 King Ranch 4x4 with all options EXCEPT the sunroof, (which is a bummer as I love the sunroof here in Florida ...) ... I really like the King Ranch version as the leather is considerably better that the leatherette garbage in my Eddie Expy... and I don't need the SuperDuty KR offered for '04 ...

Sticker is like $39 and change .... I suspect heavy discounts, etc.

Other choice:

'03 Harley Davisdon CC with all the options (4x2 obviously) ..
Not a whole lot of interest in this other than the insance Lightning engine, looks really cool (chrome exhaust, black leather, 20" rims, etc.) ... this one is totally tricked out with moonroof, etc.
I suspect the gas mileage with this engine is abominable... seems like a great street truck, but I suspect the novelty would wear off after 6 months and the noise and gas mileage would start to be annoying ...

Sticker is almost the same as the King Ranch ..

Or, I can special order an '04 Lariat (which is aggravation as sales people always want to sell off the lots, etc.) ... or wait for the dealers to get new inventory after January, maybe one with the Sirius Sat radio option ...

What would you'all do?

Just looking for some feedback ..
Thx

Get exactly what you want. Don't settle for something else or you'll be shopping again in less than a year.

Actualy dealers and salesmen LOVE orders. They get to make intrest on your deposit. They don't have to PAY intrest on a truck sitting on a lot till its sold. And for "rare" and or "expensive" versions they don't remove an option from the impulsive buyers who decide one morning that the 03 GMC or whatever just isn't what they want and buy whatever is on the lot that day closest to what they want.
