I had a similar problem, I checked connectors on the sensors and one was lose. It has been two weeks since then and no problems.

I had the same problem but not in cold weather.
It was in in the rain.we had about 2 inches of rain
in about 4 hours.It beeped solid for 12 hours.It
was a one time thing as it has not happened again.

Yes, I also have experienced this. It was raining for most part of the day then suddenly turned cold (freezing) and windy and that's is when it happened. Happened for about 2 days. It's fine now. My vehicle is in for service right now for about 12 different problems, this being one of them. Went in on Monday. Haven't heard a word since.

Let me know what the fix is for senors, if mine does it again, I will take it back to the dealer. When mine did it, it was about 30 F outside, but has not do it since the lose connector. It has been colder since and has not actted up any more.

had the problem after towing a trailer...was backing up to drop the trailer (could understand the solid beep) the drop the trailer and pulled away. Solid beep remained for the day....that next day I wiped the sensors off and it stopped....who knows why

I had this problem once after brushing snow off of the truck. The sensor came on as soon as I put it into reverse even though there was nothing behind me. I stopped and got out thinking that maybe snow was blocking one of the sensors but I didn't find anything. When I got back in, I put it into reverse again and turned the sensor back on and it worked fine. We've had several days of temps in the 30s since but the problem has not recurred.

Kgoforth -- I will let you know.

I just phoned the dealer, the tech that is working on my truck called in sick today..... with the flu..... really gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling. So I guess when one person calls in sick, the work stops. What happens if he calls in again tomorrow? Two days that my truck sits there not being worked on. Then two more days for the weekend.

kgoforth... Dealer couldn't duplicate the problem. They cleaned the sensors and checked if each one was mounted flush. No fix, sorry.

We haven't had the problem since it first occurred. I figure it was because the weather was warm and rainy and temperature dropped below freezing quickly. Maybe something froze-up.
