Vibration . . .

. . . I know this has been discussed here but since getting my SCREW Lariat in Oct. I haven't been around as much. After 4K miles I've now got a vibration at times at cruising speeds. Not bad but enough on long trips to make my driving hand numb after an hour or so. Occassionally it's more noticable.

I know several here had the same problem and I was wondering if Ford had found a reason/solution?

Got the tires rebalanced and rotated but it didn't help.

I don't have an answer since I don't have my truck yet but was wondering if this problem is limited to the FX4 and Lariat with the 18" wheels? It seeems all the threads on this subject are FX4's and Lariat's. I order the 18" wheels on my FX4.

04 screw lariat 4x2 3.55 LS the dealership just replaced drive shaft and complete rear end vibration at 50-60 finally gone knew it was drivetrain because when let up on the gas it would smooth out not the best way to impress me that" quality is job 1"

I've read on here if its not in the drivetrain, it could be in the new rack and pinion front steering. I hope that isn't the case though.
