Possible brake & exhaust problems??

I just purchased an 04 FX4 scab. I have put about 530 miles on the truck (easy driving) and while I was washing it this afternoon I noticed something. The drivers front rotor has grooves in it (much like if the pad was wearing thin). The other 3 are perfectly fine; does anyone else have this problem, and what should be done? Also, when I started the truck this morning (about 25 degrees) I noticed water coming from the front of the muffler, bottom side. I did see a small pin hole. There was also a small pin hole (with water coming from it as well) closer to the motor (just as it makes the bend from the chasis up). A friend of mine suggested that Ford may have put wheep holes in the exhaust to allow the condensation to escape. The amount of water which came out of the muffler is comparable to the amount that would build up if you have had the AC running for several hours on a 90 degree day. Does anyone have any ideas?? Thanks

no worries. all normal. weep hole(s) are so system doesn't rust from the inside out. rings scored in rotor(s) are normal.

How deep and wide are the grooves.

The grooves are maybe a millimeter or so deep, just enough where you can feel them with your finger and go from the inside of the rotor to the outside. Each ring is about the same size as the depth, some a little larger. I am curious as to why the other 3 are not showing the grooves. Thanks for all of your help.

The reason i asked:

It could be something got between the rotor and pad.

I have over 1500 miles on my Lariat and there are no
grooves in any of the rotors.I drive most in stop and go
traffic.May be worth having a tech.take a look to be on
the safe side.

Good lock.
