Which Ford Plant?

Hey to all you Ford lovers! Brand new to this great forum. I just ordered an '04 regular cab XLT flairside 5.4 from a dealer in the Atlanta Ga. area. Do any of you know wich plant will produce this truck? Should I expect any production delays with this configuration? Thanks, RW

Where did you get your truck? The dealer should be able to tell you. I ordered mine from Wade on South Cobb Drive in Smyrna and he told me where it was going to be produced. Norfolk, I think I recall. So long ago! The wait is hard. Congratulations on your order!

I appears that SCabs are being built in Norfolk and SCrews in Kansas City. Not sure about regular cabs.
Once you get a VIN from your dealer, you can tell from the VIN.

The ford dealer here in Montana had F-150's from both Norfolk and Kansas City...I don't know how to tell the difference other than by looking at the sticker.

Jeff, I ordered the truck from Gene Evans in Union City . They are a very high volume dealer so hopefully it will have a good priority status. I failed to mention that it was a 2WD unit. I have purchased several vehicles from them on X Plan. They have great people and a great service department. Thanks to all for your interest and input, maybe in six weeks or so I will have a great new truck!
