You'd say I was pretty well informed, right? Not so. I can figure out what clear plastic is, I even know what plastic is..., but - what's leather, what's vinyl (pleather) on my Screw Lariat??

i.e.: Gauge surround, door inserts, center console, steering wheel, rear arm rest... Check that. New question. What are the leather surfaces that I can apply my new supply of MEGUIRE'S !Medallion Premium Leather Cleaner to? Not OK to apply vinyl cleaner/conditioner to leather, but can you apply Leather cleaner conditioner to vinyl?

My 01 Screw Lariat was just a really nice truck - this 04 is turning into an OBSESSION!!

 

The inserts in the front seats (directly under you butt when seated) is leather, the rest of the seat is not. Same for the rear seats in a Screw. Do not know about the rear seats in Scabs. Unless someone left their leather billfold in your truck there is no other leather surfaces in the truck.

A product called The Tannery, kind of hard to find but easy to use and not near the price of Mequires, Zemoil, etc., will work well on leather and vinyl but unless you want a factory look you will not like it (I love it) for it does not leave an unnatural glossy finish that some really like.

Now, if you want to use some really good stuff try Guardsman on your patches of leather. Guardsman can be purchased at higher end furniture stores.
