I bought my '04 Screw on Oct. 31st. My dealer is also telling me aprox Xmas delivery time. What day did you order yours?

I placed the order on 11/4. I don't think the dealer was able to submit it until 11/10 because he didn't have an allocations at the factory that first week. The wait is getting hard.... Good luck with yours!

Dealer said the XLT was built last week and the Lariat is to be built this week. As someone who prefers not to purchase swamp land, that is why I posted here to confirm the dates.

All kidding aside, my sarcasm comes from the fact that my truck was ordered the first week of October and still doesn't even have a build date. A month ago my sales person stated " A Pre-Christmas delivery would be no problem" Now I'm just hoping for sometime in Jan.

Yeah, I know Skooter. I've read enough posts here to know the system of delivering new trucks is far from reliable. And dealers aren't exactly known for truthfulness if it will upset the customer. Hopefully, I'll be able to get confirmation from one of the nice gentlemen on this board who have the inside scoop.

Dealer called today. The XLT SCab came in today. Of course, that would be my partner's truck. Mine is probably still a week away.
