Question Steering Wheel Noise

There was a thread a while back about steering wheel noise. I now have 1400 miles on my 04 2WD Lariat Scab. Yesterday I started to get a Noise in the steering wheel at slow speeds or in town driving. Feels and sounds like something rubbing. You do not have it during highway driving. Has anyone else had this and had it corrected?

I have this same problem. Actually it is back to the dealer today to get looked at for it. It feels like a rubbing when I turn the wheel between the 11 o'clock and 1 o'clock positions. It started with me at about 400 miles.
