lanceparkhurst, floor mat question

lanceparkhurst, I just purchased the same Nifty floor mats you have. But it looks like my mat for the driver's side is missing one of the plugs to insert the carpet screws in to. But I saw another pic that shows the same thing. Is it supposed to be like that?

There is an intentional hole on the driver's side mat. The truck has a little hook that goes through there to keep the mat in place.

LOL, you must not have your truck yet! I had the same question when I got my mats, I thought there was something wrong with them. When my truck came it, it made sense. The metal grommet on the drivers side front mat fits over a rubber hook located in exactly the right place to hook into the grommet in the floor mat.

Yep its for the hook to hold them in place. I also got mine before my truck and had the same question.

Thanks for the info

Amazing, everyone thinks something's missing like I did.
You'd think the company would put a sticker by the hole to avoid people calling to complain.

Thanks for the help, now I don't have to call and sound like a donkey.

No, my FX4 Screw is not here yet. Shipped 11/6, any darn day now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
