From what I've read, all different versions of the 04 F150 utilize the same frame... Why is it that the Screw is, by my estimate, about 6 inches shorter in overall length than the 8 and 6.5 box trucks? It seems like it should be possible to have at least a 6 foot box on the Screw and not compromise its ability to be stored...??

Anyone know the answer?

Thanks.
