Time to break it in!!

Yep, 500 miles and its hunting season Thats right, I get to take my new FX4 out to the boonies and see what itll do! Hopefully I dont get too many scratches from mesquites.

On another note: I can not belive I payed so much for a truck and the thing doesnt have a light under the hood! Also, has anyone notice how much the bed flexes under weight?

Ill let everyone know how my truck performes when I get back. Any one else take their truck off road yet?

Underhood Light!!!??

Have you looked under your hood????? What is the average Joe gonna be able to do to that high tech machine whether it's lit or not. I think these machines have passed most of us up as far as home maintenance goes.....but your right.....what cheap carps. At least we could stand in the driveway in the dark and show that cool 5.4 to all the envious neighbors driving a Focus.

See my other post.......How about a light in the glove box and door lites opening into traffic like my 98!!!!

Well, just got back...the truck did great. Man, I was going 60 on a dirt road a hardly felt any bumps. I also pulled a trailer with 2 quads and a 55 gal. drum of water, plus another quad in the bed and had no problems at all. It is pretty diry though but luckily not any serious scratches. Oh, and about the hunting.....

Getting it scored for a chance at the books tommorow.
