The differences may also be attributed to different drive gears.

The norm is to dyno in the gear closest to 1:1. For my Mustang that's 4th gear.

I'm not sure what gear they dyno'd the truck in, but this Airaid company may be showing us the graph that has the best improvement - i.e. not in a 1:1 gear, as possibly the first graph shows.

To be honest, the first graph makes the most sense with a 22% loss in drivetrain. The Airaid graph (stock) with 33.3% loss seems a bit much.

Just my thoughts.

BrewMaster is right. Looks like Airaid reported a lower RPM range in their chart to highlight the HP and torque gains around 2500 RPM. From what I hear, this is just what the doctor ordered for the F150.

The first question purchasers of this product should be asking is how they have ensured that the air meter output has not changed as a result of relocating it into what appears to be a different shaped area with air presenting to the meter differently.
Can they claim that the change was transparent?

daneo,
I looked at your results, not bad. I wonder if holding the truck in 2nd gear affected the run though, since they say you want to have it as close to 1:1 ratio as possible or something like that.

As soon as I can get rid of the limiter, I'll go back and test in 3rd. As I add on mods - I'll need to do the runs in second gear to compare to my baseline (provided I don't baseline in 3rd prior).

On a side note, while I was waiting they were tuning an RX-7 that put out 500HP - was a time trial car with big turbo and special A/C cooler for short-burst cold-air intake.
