Any LEER 700 tonneau installations?

Has anyone installed the Leer 700 series hard tonneau of their '04 yet. Leer's website photos look great, but I'm concerned about two things primarily: (1) paint quality, (2) fit at the front corners.

I've already refused an install of another brand because of problems with (1) and (2) above.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated before I plunk down another $860.

Didn't want to slam the brand, Jackslapp, but you're right on.

I looked at a Leer 500 ( I like the smoother look better than the 700 ) and the paint looked exellent. I also understand they have a lifetime warranty on the paint and non moveable parts.

I think I'm going with a soft cover for now. I'll be waiting and watching other installations and will probably go to the hard top after next year. I don't want to spend $ and not be totally satisfied. It's not like you can take it back if you don't like it...

It's the pits being the first in the county to try aftermarket installs on a new model. Fortunately, the dealer "ate" the bad tonneau (no expense to me), but maybe because he is a family friend.

Other brands told me that they would "work with me" (?) if I'm dissatisfied.

I was going to order the 700 series from Leer but the dealer told me they do not recommend it and talked me into getting the 500 series because it uses the full piano hinge were the 700 uses two seperate hinges at the corners the 500 also uses much sturdier support brackets.
