Got a call from the assembly plant....
I just went home for lunch and received a call from KC. They were doing a survey on how I like the new truck. Apparently, they will be calling alot of new '04 F150 owners. They asked about the mods I have done or plan to do and if I had any issues. Afterwards, he gave me the Ford Customer Svc 800 number to call if I didn't get my issues taken care of. He said that they are giving the calls a lot more attention, because they want us to be happy....
. The only issue I have is getting my headlights replaced. Overall, I am very happy with my truck.....Is anyone else getting called.....

No real concerns. Just wondering what everyone is adding to enhance their rides. I guess seeing what needs to come standard next time.

Give them the web address to the forum and tell them to read up. A very quick and in depth customer service assessment can easily be done here. Everything from delivery delay to custom add on's to product comparisons with other mfg's can be reviewed in the past month alone. They could also ealily track implemented change as well.
