Question Splash guards / Mud Guard

Does anyone know which one of these would fit an FX4? or a better place to find them?

If you have any pictures of Mud guards on your F150 please post the link.

Thanks

Your dealer has an accessory guide for your 150 with two types, molded and regular. Don't have a price but I have seen them in the accessory guide. I would like to see some installed before I buy also.

Here are pics (hope it works) of the Ford flaps installed. No clearance issues. The front went on just as the instructions said but the holes in the rear did not line up with the holes on the truck. Felt it was better to drill new holes in the flap instead of the truck. The rear have the Ford oval embossed in them, matches the hitch cover. All my pics are in the gallery, not just splash guards.

bad link. I also tried those flaps but I returned them back to Ford. You shouldn't have to drill anything when the kit is $49.00, But obviously there is a problem with those stock flaps and Ford needs to fix it.

The second posted link should work. I went ahead and drilled the hole. Not a big deal, also already had the front on. I looked around and these were the only splash guards I could find except for the universal fit. Bought these before my truck came in so there may be more available now.

Can you order them online, or do I have to go through dealer? Do you have the part #?

LSquared!!

I just got my SCrew Lariat Tuesday. I put my Nifty Carpet mats in that afternoon. I am VERY pleased with mine (beige), yours (black??) look VERY nice as well. What do you think of yours (BTW, I could NOT figure the Large Grommet on the Drivers front mat until I got my truck, LOL......... I received my mats about 2 weeks b4 my truck came in).

Splash Guards & Mats

I do not have the part number for the flaps. Just threw away the bag they came in yesterday. I haven't seen them online anywhere but I haven't searched a whole lot either. My dealer sells wholesale to me with a quick delivery time so I normally go with them. The pictures don't really do them justice, I think they really look nice. I paid $40-$50 for them.
Mats: The mats (black) match the factory black although the pictures don't really look that way. I used the flash on my camera and the mat material must have reflected differently. Anyway, I do like the mats and paid about $150 for the set. The rear is one piece which I like. I actually put the postage stamp rear factory mats on top of my rear Niftys (not pictured) for a little added protection.

The mudflaps have three holes and only two line up properly with the trucks predrilled holes (the top hole and the underside hole). The kit includes two metal screws and one plug per mud flap, therefore you would need to drill a hole to mount the flaps (the instructions state do not drill). The rear flap I installed had a noticeable gap between my molding and the mudflap curve (I could get around the drilling but this was my biggest complaint.. appearance and poor fit). The front flap hits the stock running board and is not as wide as the back mud flap. My tire's tread stick out beyond the flap in the front (stock 18" Goodyear tire) and I want the flap to deflect road debris over the entire tire tread width. This kit's Ford part# is /4L3Z16A550BAA

This is an earlier post I made concerning my view on the Ford mud flaps

Are we sure we're talking about the same flaps on the same style truck? I looked at mine again and they do cover the entire tread front and rear and also cleared factory tubular bars. Mine are on FX4 SCrew. I know when I ordered, they asked if it had the additional wheel lip molding(FX4) so there are two different types for the 04. With the exception of the wrong hole placement on the rear flaps everything else was satisfactory. I do agree that you should'nt have this problem with factory accessories.
