hell yeah you can. look at my gallery. black exterior with black leather interior. it doesn't get more ALL Black than that.

Only the FX4 has gray wheel lip moldings. Otherwise, the rest of the truck is black. Or, XLT and Lariat are all black even wheel moldings.

Only STX
How black do you want it. The only "All Black" available is the STX. XL has chrome grill surround and chrome bumpers, XLT has chrome bumpers, FX4 is close but still has dark grey wheel lip moldings even with the body color bumpers, Lariat has chrome bumpers and grill surround on the monotone paint scheme.

Here is what All Black looks like
