Im looking for Canadian invoice prices, i was on edmunds.com and they give US invoice to MSRP prices, but not canadian. A lariat has about 4500 in markup as do a FX4, but when i tell my dealer this, he cannot beleive it, he says its only about 3000 in canada. Im thinking if its 45 in the US it must be that or more in canada with the exchange rate.

Anybody know what to expect.

Canadian incice prices. I used it to get my 2002 Mazda Protege5 for almost incoive cost. Worth the price of admission.

what have canadian buyers been paying for there trucks, im thinking, for a 45000 dollar FX4, i should be able to get that for 40000! if the us has a markup of 4500 then canada should be comparable or more. but im gunna wait until 0% goes on the trucks then pay cash for it and get another 5000 off the truck, 35000 for a xtended FX4 with the obvious options. Oh plus 15% ripoff sales tax were cursed with up here!

 

I was at the dealer in N.S. and went up to the sales man and said, "whats your cost on this FX4 here (47800CAN Sticker) he said he cannot tell me and proceeded in to the sales managers office which i followed, he hauled out the book and looked at the invoice on it and then told me the sticker price, Stund! but i looked at the sheet and on the right side is a list of all the options and price in COST. it said the truck was 42800CAN hehe!

Also i looked at the financing sheet for all vehicles and it said it was set until Jan 4th 2004.

I told the sales manager that i wanted the truck for cost plus 750$, he waived to me and said GOODBYE, i laughed and said very good, no sale for you ever. oh and he was fat too, hehe.
