I had to smile, as I opened the next thread after posting to this one, only to be greeted by a photo of Lenticular's stunning blue Aston Martin. Although not exactly the same shade of blue as Medium Wedgewood Blue, I couldn't stop myself from drawing a parallel between the two vehicles.

WOW

God that's a great looking color on that car. Doesn't Ford own Aston Martin?

Apocalypse-
Thanks for the comments/compliments. Easy big fella, it's not a Honda it's a '99 BMW 528 that we bought used a couple of years ago for a song. Quite a contrast between driving that and the Screw. You actually have to step down instead of up to get in and drive it.

I've had a few folks ask me for a few pics my new Lariat Screw 4x4 that I took delivery on two weeks ago. This week I finally got out the digital and snapped a bunch. Yesterday I put them in an album. If anybody would like me to take some more of a particuliar part of the truck that I didn't already take and post, feel free to let me know and I'll do what I can over the weekend.

This weekend I intend to take some side by side , nose to nose, tail to tail, etc. shots of my white '01 Lariat Screw and my new '04. You really can't appreciate how different the two trucks look unless you see them side by side. Hopefully I'll be able to post them later this weekend or early next week.

BTW, I really LOVE this truck. No problems to report other than a one time (and from what I'm reading in other threads it will continue) problem with the outdoor air temperature indicator.

Dude, you should really blurry up the license tag info on that thing. I would hate for a beautiful rig like that to get stolen because of those clear license tag pics....

Maybe I'm naive, but how would having my license plate help a scumbag thief steal my truck?

Thieves search the net in forums like these when they look for a particular vehicle. They find what they want and with the license tag information they can do back ground checks to get your address or they can call a DMV person they may know etc... It has happened many many times and in most other vehicle forums I read people always blur out the license tag info. Those background checks I have seen for anywhere between 20 and 50 bucks is a small price to pay when someone may be looking to steal a 35K truck. License tag numbers will get you a wealth of information if you know where to look for it. It may sound far fetched, but i have talked to insurance representatives in my area that have talked about that exact thing happening...people use the net for everything....

edited for grammar.

Thanks for the info

ice-burg:
Thanks for the info. I appreciate it. Now if I can figure out how to blur them, I'll do so and repost them or delete the two that show the plate.
